At Happiest Baby, we want you to love every piece of your new wardrobe. If your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
